Rina makes a priority of delivering exceptional customer service by offering strategic advice based on her wealth of knowledge on negotiation, reliable research and accurate data; while simultaneously maintaining a flexible and relaxed demeanor, allowing for a low pressure atmosphere where clients can better define and express their goals. Always approachable and ready to listen, as well as fluent in both English and Tagalog, Rina proudly conducts a majority of her business on a diverse referral basis, from one satisfied client to another, in the pursuit of helping others to fulfill their realty dreams.

As an instructor with Sutton Group Academy (SGA), Rina is keen to impart her industry experience to those seeking to become Realtors, as well as those seeking to hone their knowledge and sharpen their skills. A regular lecturer on the nuances of realty, as well as on other topics outside the industry, Rina has always enjoyed her role as an educator to others. With SGA, Rina seeks to train students not only to pass exams and obtain licenses, but to apply their knowledge and skills towards meeting their own goals. As success is often a moving target, Rina understands that each individual student is on a journey to establishing their own unique vision for a career in real estate, and looks forward to being their guide along the way, as a trusted mentor with SGA.

Outside of real estate, Rina enjoys maintaining an active social life, giving back to her communities through her support of movements such as Power to Change, Run for H2O, World Vision, Young Life, Vancouver School PAC and the services of Mt. Pleasant Church. She also loves to indulge her passion for continued learning as an active reader on topics including self-improvement, advice and theology.
