At first, I was having trouble fully understanding and memorizing all the rules and law sections, but the in-depth class analysis and discussions were immensely helpful. We were able to break into groups for deeper discussions, and use flash cards to help simplify all the new information into memorable categories. My instructors were also instrumental in simplifying all the mortgage math problems so I could consistently solve them quickly and correctly, and very good at explaining the reasoning behind the calculations so I could understand and memorize the steps to solve the problems. After all the chapters and assignments were completed, a 100 question mock exam was arranged to help me prepare for my exam. Thanks to Sutton Group Academy. I was able to pass my UBC exam on the first try!

Sutton Group Academy’s course simplified UBC’s complex materials in a way which was easy to read and follow. The instructors are knowledgeable and managed to pace the materials with enough examples to allow my understanding of the subject matter. I especially enjoyed the fact that I could return to additional classes for the paid duration of up to 6 months.

I spoke with Lily, she was very helpful with my enrollment and informative about not just the enrollment process, but also the process of becoming licensed as a real estate professional. Then on my first day of classes, I met instructors Tony and Rina, whom I not only found to be very knowledgeable, but more importantly: they truly enjoyed their real estate careers!
